How to Reserve a Unit: Please call to check availability and make reservations. Once you decide on a date you mail the full deposit amount, you may also mail a check for the full amount due if you choose. Deposit is due within 5 business days.

Payment Policy: When renting a motor home, the full rental rate and estimated mile charges will be paid at time of pick up. Upon return any additional charges will be deducted from your deposit.

Credit Cards: There will be a 2.5% (on total amount) non-refundable convenience fee for all credit card payments. We do not accept American Express or Corporate Cards at this time.

Insurance: Proof of insurance is required upon picking up a motorhome.

Deposit: Your deposit will be held as security and is not applied towards the total charges on either the Motorhome or Tent Camper.

Possible Additional Charges: There will be additional cleaning charges if the unit is returned in unsatisfactory condition.

Fuel top off charges (current fuel costs) and dump charges ($20.00) will also be applied to total charges if a motorhome is returned without the fuel tank full or if holding tanks have not been emptied.

During the winter months there may be a re-winterizing fee if plumbing and holding tanks will be used.

Cancellation Policy: Your deposit is non-refundable in the event that you should cancel your reservation. Remember that if we hold a reserved time for you, other customers are denied rental of a unit because it was being held for you. 

Age Policy: For insurance reasons you must be at least 25 years old to rent a motorhome.  

Q: What if I can’t pick-up or return the RV during your business hours?
A: We are typically available after business hours and on Sundays for pick-up and returns upon request.  

Q: May I leave my vehicle there while I’m on vacation with a motorhome?
A: Yes, customers may leave their vehicle here. We have indoor and outdoor off street parking.
